Just some rambling...
Samantha is back in swimming classes. she is soooo cute and grown up now. She has been talking about doing the cannon ball for weeks now. I figured when Mema opens her pool this summer she is going to want to do one. They probably wont' be able to stop her, and I want her to be able to do one safetly.
I have been scrapbooking/cardmaking a lot lately. Almost two weekends a month I go to a crop or card swap now. It is a lot of fun. I am meeting tons of ladies and enjoying myself so much. All of my christmas pictures and most of Sami's birthday pictures are actually scraped. I have tons of cards made ahead of time.
I am happy about the State of my Job for right now. I don't know if it is stable, but I have peace about it either way. Matt quit. I am upset about that, but I think it was best for him. I found out that my friend Brian is also quiting. I think that means that everyone that works out there that I would call my friend is officially gone now. I guess that means it is time for me to make new friends. I think that is a challenge I can handle. All of the "van" plant ppl seem to be old. Most of them have over 25 yrs senority. Some of them are telling me they graduated high school before I was born. I am learning a lot of new things and getting a totally different perspective on the assembly line from them. Valentines eve I was working on the line across from a guy they call Red Dog. Everytime someone would walk by he would yell at them and they would stop and walk over to see what he was yelling about. When they would get over there he would point at me and say, "Hey do you see what I get to look at all day?" Finally about 10 minutes before we got off he called the same guy over for about the 5th time and repeated himself. I just blurted out, "hey do you hear what I get to listen to all day?" There was about 20 seconds of complete silence and then all three of us were laughing our tails off. It is nice to be able to work with teammates who have a good sence of humor. I have 8 ppl on my team. All of them seem to be excellent workers. I am so happy about that. I may actually return to a state of enjoying my job again soon.
