I wrote this about my friend House. These are the feelings he was describing to me.
Somewhere along the line I lost the touch of gentleness,
The one I held so close.
Somewhere in this crazy life I lost the need for love,
The thing I wanted most.
Somewhere in this big big world I lost the feel of innocence,
The price was much to high.
Somewhere along the way I simply laughed at wisdom,
Now I hang my head to cry.
