All I have to give you...
I would promise you sunshine, but storms make us grow so I promise you hope.
I would promise you happiness, but that's something you find, so I promise you understanding.
I would promise you peace but that's not mine to give, so I promise you compassion.
I would promise you good, but that's an illusion, so I promise you friendship.
I would promise you money but I don't have those riches, so I promise you love.
